AGIF ki ek nayi scheme introduce ki gayi hai, jo members ko plot kharidne aur us par ghar banane ki permission deti hai, kuch conditions ke saath.
Ye conditions hai:
- Plot kharidne ke ek saal ke andar ghar ka nirman shuru hona chahiye
- Plot kharidne ke liye agreement prescribed form mein sign karke AGIF ko submit karne ke baad plot ki actual cost ka ya advance ka 40% disbursed kiya jayega.
- Rest of the amount do barabar kishton mein disbursed ki jayegi, pehli kisht tab disbursed hogi jab mortgage execute ho jata hai aur doosri kisht tab jab construction plinth level tak pahunch jati hai.
- IT Rebate Certificate sirf tab issue kiya jayega jab ghar ka construction poora ho jayega.
Zameen kharidne ke liye application ka process same hai.
- Delhi mein AGIF main office visit karke application booklet collect karein
- Booklet main forms ko required documents ke saath submit karein
- AGIF team applicant ki service tenure, credibility, aur rank ke basis par home loan ko approve karegi
- Approval milne ke baad, ek AGI home loan deal sign ki jayegi between the concerned parties
